Our team brings together four professionals with complementary skills: an engineer, two architects, and a surveyor. This diversity of perspectives allows us to approach each project with a multidisciplinary approach, offering comprehensive and integrated management.

Our experiences and interests intertwine on topics ranging from architectural composition to aesthetics, from functionality to energy sustainability, creating synergies that aim for quality and complexity in results.

Surveyor Stefano Di Stefano With 25 years of experience in the field, he has developed a rigorous and disciplined method that he applies with precision in all topographic and cadastral procedures, ensuring reliability and accuracy at every stage of the process.

Architect Federica Susca Specializing in sustainable design through academic studies and targeted extracurricular training, she explored the construction of NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Buildings) in her master's thesis, developing detailed and innovative technical solutions for energy efficiency.

Architect Yammine Margherita Angelica Her design research explores the relationship between space, identity, and emotions. In her master's thesis, she investigated the dialogue between introversion and extroversion, designing a hospitality facility along the Pilgrimage Route of St. Francis of Assisi, where architecture becomes a tool for inner and social connection.

Mr. Pegoraro Noris With 43 years of experience in the field, he is the CasaClima Representative for Lazio and a National Expert in PDR/UNI 13:2019 (ITACA Protocol), specializing in energy efficiency. Despite his engineering background, he has a deep interest in architecture and restoration, integrating technical skills with a keen sense of space and design.
