The new face of wood: where nature and innovation meet We transformed an existing warehouse into a contemporary showcase for wood. For this importer in Lazio, we created a space that combines the efficiency of high-performance materials with an architectural tribute to the raw material itself, making the store an immersive experience for customers.

THE CHALLENGE:

Renovate an existing warehouse to create an iconic, efficient, and representative sales space for a high-quality timber importer.

OUR RESPONSE:

A project that combines technological innovation with a poetic tribute to the raw material. A place that speaks of wood even before you step inside.

THE CONCEPT

The intention was to recreate a calling card that celebrates wood. The façade, inspired by the natural rhythm of the Fibonacci sequence, becomes a sculptural sign and an instantly recognizable symbol. We designed a vertical scan in laminated wood that wraps around the facade of the warehouse. Its dynamic design is inspired by the Fibonacci sequence, a universal natural rhythm, to celebrate the beauty and harmony of wood.

TECHNOLOGY AND EFFICIENCY:

For the infill panels, we chose the most efficient option: Isopan® panels. The ideal solution to guarantee extremely high thermal performance and quick and precise installation. The new store will also be powered by renewable sources through photovoltaic panels on the roof.

Interior:

Functional layout, rational organization of interior spaces with a large, bright, flexible sales area for exhibitors and an operational area dedicated to back office, warehouses, and fully accessible services. ADDED VALUE:

We preserved and enhanced existing valuable elements, such as metal trusses and concrete panels, integrating them with new steel structures. A sustainable project that looks to the future without forgetting the past. We delivered more than just a store to the client: an iconic marketing tool that visually communicates the quality of its products and supply chain.
